A Heart Safe Philippines is a Philippines where more people know how to recognize cardiac arrest, more citizens are confident and prepared to perform CPR, AEDs are accessible where they are needed, workplaces and schools are prepared for cardiac emergencies, and communities have systems in place to respond when every second matters.

The LifeSaving Summit will serve as a platform for building the partnerships, businesses, training capacity and community programs necessary to move this vision forward.
